OVERVIEW

Our workshops are structured to engage participants in a series of fun and challenging activities designed to enhance communication and teamwork.

Participants start with individual builds, share stories and insights about their creations, then pair up to build models representing their colleague, fostering appreciation and understanding in a new way.

The session culminates in collaborative and competitive team-building exercises, where participants work together to achieve a common goal, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

RESEARCH AND BENEFITS

Importance of play: Research shows that incorporating play into the workplace can significantly boost morale and creativity. Playful activities reduce stress, enhance problem-solving skills and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. From the cradle to the grave, we all learn better and faster when we play, and by using specific activities at an increasingly complex level, ensures everyone engages, benefits and develops, leading to some surprising outcomes.

Our Founder: Catherine Dernulc brings over 25 years of corporate experience, including 7.5 years within the LEGO® organisation, where she honed her skills in delivering powerful, playful workshops. Combining this expertise with her qualifications in life coaching and NLP, Catherine integrates these tools seamlessly into her workshops to provide meaningful strategies and guidance that inspire lasting growth.
