RESEARCH AND BENEFITS
Importance of play: Research shows that incorporating play into the workplace can significantly boost morale and creativity. Playful activities reduce stress, enhance problem-solving skills and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. From the cradle to the grave, we all learn better and faster when we play, and by using specific activities at an increasingly complex level, ensures everyone engages, benefits and develops, leading to some surprising outcomes.

Our Founder: Catherine Dernulc brings over 25 years of corporate experience, including 7.5 years within the LEGO® organisation, where she honed her skills in delivering powerful, playful workshops. Combining this expertise with her qualifications in life coaching and NLP, Catherine integrates these tools seamlessly into her workshops to provide meaningful strategies and guidance that inspire lasting growth.
