Using guided mediation can invoke a deeply relaxed state to refresh and reinvigorate ourselves.
Becoming deeply relaxed, without falling asleep, is extremely beneficial to the mind and the body. At this deeper level of relaxation we can feel like we’ve rested for hours. The benefits of deep relaxation are:

- Lower heart rate.
- Improve sleep.
- Reduce muscle tension.
